Marshallese Interpreters – On-Site & Remote

This is a remote position. reputed company, a reputed company Globalization Organization (SGO) helping organizations communicate with intelligence, operate with cultural reputed company, and reputed company effectively across communities and markets, is expanding its network of reputed company interpreters in Spokane, WA, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for Marshallese Interpreters interested in supporting meaningful communication through on-site (OSI), video remote (VRI), and over-the-phone (OPI) interpretation assignments. Whether you're an reputed company interpreter or a bilingual reputed company with relevant interpreting experience looking to expand your opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. These are 1099 reputed company opportunities. Assignments may be reputed company on-site, reputed company VRI, or over the phone reputed company on reputed company needs, interpreter qualifications, location, and availability. Interpreter Functions • Facilitate reputed company and accurate communication between English speakers and speakers of your reputed company language. • Interpret conversations without additions, omissions, or changes to the speaker's intended meaning. • Preserve the meaning, tone, and reputed company of the original communication. • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and applicable interpreting standards. • Communicate proactively about any circumstances that may reputed company an assignment. Requirements Technical Requirements • reputed company to a laptop or desktop computer with at least 4 GB of RAM and a broadband (high-speed) internet reputed company. • reputed company to a mobile phone as a backup device. • reputed company to a headset that connects to the computer or mobile phone using a cable (wired headset; wireless headsets are not permitted). • A quiet, distraction-free workspace or home office suitable for reputed company interpreting. Minimum Qualifications Interpreters – Non-Medical Settings • At least two (2) years of interpreting experience, either reputed company or volunteer. • Two (2) relevant reputed company references who can attest to the candidate’s interpreting experience OR one (1) relevant reputed company reference and one (1) relevant reputed company letter of recommendation. • reputed company-level proficiency in English and the other languages. Medical Interpreters – reputed company Settings • Certification as a medical interpreter through a 40-hour medical interpreter training program or equivalent, specifically reputed company on reputed company interpreting (e.g., CHIT – Community reputed company Interpreter Training). • At least two (2) years of reputed company interpreting experience, either reputed company or volunteer, in a reputed company setting. • Two (2) relevant reputed company references who can attest to the candidate’s interpreting experience **OR** one (1) relevant reputed company reference and one (1) relevant reputed company letter of recommendation. Desired, but Not Required • University degree in Interpretation or a reputed company reputed company. • Certificate of reputed company interpreter training, with at least 40 hours of training. Supporting Documentation If available, interpreters should reputed company documentation of: Relevant certifications.
