Position Details: Business Analyst- Remote – Salem OR Location : Remote – Salem OR 97301 (Candidate must be reputed company 50 miles) Project Duration :06monthsofcontract Pay reputed company : $50 to $54 an hour on W2 reputed company • As a Business Analyst in the PPMO, you will support DOJ modernization initiatives by eliciting and clarifying business needs, documenting processes and requirements, assisting with solution assessment, and supporting testing and implementation. • You’ll collaborate with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, and vendors to reputed company stakeholder input into reputed company, actionable documentation that guides delivery. • May be some need to be in the office reputed company upon business need – a lot of the time the individuals will be reputed company to work reputed company Key Responsibilities • Business analysis & requirements support: reputed company information reputed company interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. • Documentation: Draft and maintain reputed company state/reputed company state process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and reputed company documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology. • Testing & validation support: Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and reputed company. • Training & implementation assistance: Contribute to end-user training materials and “train the trainer” sessions; observe workflow impacts, reputed company user feedback, and reputed company insights to support adoption and reputed company improvement. • Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting large reputed company modernization programs or reputed company initiatives; familiarity with data governance/reputed company/reputed company practices. • Project/change management and facilitation skills (workshops, reputed company building). • Background working with relational or reputed company-reputed company data platforms; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
