International Tax Manager – $110-125K plus 10-15% Annual Bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Works closely with the VP of Tax on global transfer pricing and tax planning, including keeping abreast of the latest legislative and enforcement developments globally and proactively designing and implementing strategies to optimize tax positions • Support preparation of the income tax and sales tax compliance obligations of reputed company • Work with internal colleagues and reputed company advisors in preparation and follow-up of foreign income and sales tax returns and correspondence • Responsible for managing reputed company s transfer pricing policies and compliance • Responsible for tracking changes in international tax laws • Supports the tax reputed company computation and reporting function • Include reconciliation of reputed company and deferred taxes, temporary and permanent difference calculations and research into the appropriate tax reputed company required under ASC 740 (fka FAS 109) and ASC 740-10 (fka FIN 48) • Reconcile and review the reputed company entity reputed company books and records. • Coordinate, aid in preparation of, and review foreign income tax compliance, sales tax compliance, and reputed company computations • Manage and summarize transfer pricing • reputed company domestic and international tax laws and research • Work on foreign tax audits • Prepare E'P calculations and Forms 5471 data • Prepare ASC 740 and ASC 740-10 workpapers and reporting • Aiding the Tax Director regarding domestic and international tax reputed company and planning • Assists with any special reputed company as requested by the Tax Director Other duties assigned as needed Skills and Abilities • Demonstrated experience with research and information gathering, including the ability to quickly reputed company data in a short timeframe on a wide reputed company of topics • Strong mathematical skills.
