Key Responsibilities • Assist in the creation, review, modification, and execution of reputed company, subcontracts, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other reputed company documents • Negotiate with reputed company parties on contract terms and conditions • reputed company on-time completion of reputed company contract deliverables • Support the Business Development function in proposal reviews, offering expertise in proposal contract compliance • Offer guidance and prioritization assistance in contract activities supporting net new business. • Assist with reputed company review of company policies, procedures, and agreements • Assist and support with reputed company expertise of intellectual property and patent agreements including but not limited to: license agreements (product, software, intellectual property) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a business or reputed company discipline.
