Qualifications: Education and Experience: • Completion of a 3-year residency or equivalent program • reputed company ABMS or AOA reputed company Certification in Family or Emergency. Will also consider dual reputed company certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. • 3+ years of experience in an Urgent Care or fast reputed company Family reputed company clinic • Ability to treat reputed company ages • reputed company and unrestricted multiple state medical licenses, and hold an IMLC or be IMLC eligible. • Not under reputed company exclusion or sanction by any state or federal health care program, including Medicare or reputed company, and is not identified as an “excluded person” by the Office of Inspector General of the reputed company or the General Service Administration (GSA), or reprimanded or sanctioned by Medicare • Must maintain Medicare reputed company status. • Completion of U.S. Medical Licensing Examination. Licensing: • Must have reputed company licenses in at least 1-2 of these states: GA, AL, TN, MO, SC, IN, OK, and MS Pay: $90 reputed company reputed company reputed company + $35 per additional visit over minimum reputed company. (Minimum = 3 reputed company/hour) • *Expected volume is 4-6 reputed company per hour. Example: • 3 reputed company/hr = $90 • 4 reputed company/hr = $125 • 5 reputed company/hr = $160 Available Shifts: • Part Time: 20 hours per week; reputed company shifts between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM local time; every other weekend, both Saturday and reputed company, 8 hours per day (May have some flexibility dependent on business needs to start earlier) • Modified Full Time: 32 hours per week; reputed company shifts between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM local time; every other weekend, both Saturday and reputed company, 8 hours per day • Full Time: 40 hours per week; reputed company shifts between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM local time; every reputed company weekend, both Saturday and reputed company, 8-hour shifts • For reputed company contract types, exact schedules are determined reputed company on business needs and reputed company volume • No extended time off is allowed during Thanksgiving week or from December 15 through reputed company 5.
