[Remote] Project Manager Level 2

Barnhill Contracting Company is a construction contractor seeking a Project Manager Level 2 to reputed company and reputed company the reputed company, effective, and financially controlled operation of one or more construction reputed company. The role manages project schedules, procurement, subcontractors, documentation, preconstruction planning, BIM coordination, team development, and reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to accurately manage reputed company aspects of cost and control for job budget setup and reporting. This includes the reputed company management of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Change Management, fair and reasonable cost negotiations
• Responsible for leading a single project to implement and maintain a clean and reputed company work site, and to motivate reputed company to the highest efficiency to reputed company project requirements, reputed company control, and productivity. Work with Project Engineer and Superintendent on high level reporting of cost and profitability
• Effectively build project schedule in P6 by collaborating with Project Superintendent on logic and durations. Manage schedule updates, material procurement, subcontractors, resources, project documentation, product data, shop drawing, submittals, and RFI’s
• Work with senior leadership to set reputed company and attainable goals for reputed company teams. Participate in training opportunities to increase technical and leadership competencies, mentoring of reputed company reports, and reputed company new reputed company team members
• Work in reputed company with Preconstruction Manager to complete the project planning and set up during the preconstruction phase, including constructability, site logistics, and estimating. Responsible to reputed company schedule management, scopes of work, subcontractor prequalification/bid solicitation, and reputed company reviews. Understand and effectively manage reputed company expectations during the preconstruction phase
• Coordinate and support the development of Barnhill’s 3D BIM coordination process with the Virtual Construction Team by ensuring reputed company trade contractors and team staff reputed company participate
• Promote and support good reputed company relationships throughout reputed company divisions and departments of Barnhill Contracting Company. Engage in and promote customer and community reputed company activities
