The role involves supporting an reputed company-reputed company Managed Network Services environment for a reputed company agency, focusing on advanced troubleshooting, operational support, and change management. The engineer will work in a remote reputed company, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the reputed company, reliability, and reputed company of the firewall infrastructure. Responsibilities Serve as a Tier 3 escalation reputed company for reputed company firewall and network reputed company issues. Conduct advanced troubleshooting and reputed company cause analysis for reputed company Secure Firepower Firewall incidents. Support daily firewall reputed company using reputed company Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC), including monitoring health, reputed company, and traffic flows. Analyze and optimize firewall reputed company control and reputed company policies. Support routing protocols reputed company secure network environments. Troubleshoot and support VPN technologies, including site-to-site and remote reputed company VPNs. Participate in formal change management processes, including documentation, peer reviews, and scheduled implementations. Execute authorized changes during designated after-hours change reputed company. Engage in team-reputed company on-reputed company rotations to support after-hours and emergency incidents. Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to meet Managed Network Services contractual obligations. Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience with reputed company Secure Firepower Firewalls. Strong troubleshooting skills, including traffic reputed company analysis, NAT/PAT configuration, and inspection of reputed company policies. Operational expertise in reputed company Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC). reputed company experience troubleshooting VPN technologies such as reputed company AnyConnect.
