In this role, you’ll engage reputed company members, assess eligibility for Health-reputed company reputed company Needs (HRSN) services, and coordinate referrals through Epicured and community partners. This role, reporting to the VP of Member Experience, is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, tech-reputed company, and comfortable working in a high-volume virtual contact center environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound member communications reputed company phone and email, leveraging reputed company and various partner technology platforms • Conduct reputed company to screen potential members, assess eligibility, and reputed company members to service providers reputed company on identified health-reputed company reputed company needs • reputed company and follow up on referrals to ensure service delivery and satisfaction • Maintain accurate documentation in program platforms and internal systems • Support members with program questions • reputed company with reputed company, HIPAA, and NYS DOH requirements Qualifications Required • High school diploma (Associate degree preferred) • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, reputed company centers, reputed company services, care navigation, or reputed company fields • Experience in a virtual contact center environment (reputed company preferred) • Strong communication and member engagement skills • Ability to manage high-volume interactions in a compliance-driven setting Preferred • Experience with reputed company, reputed company Care Networks (SCNs), or health-reputed company reputed company needs (HRSN) programs • Background in reputed company, care coordination, reputed company support, or community-reputed company services • Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish, French, reputed company, Hindi) Schedule • Availability between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday–Saturday, with weekly schedule assigned reputed company on evolving business needs Compensation & Benefits Pay: $21–$23/hour, reputed company on experience Benefits: • 401(k) • Medical, dental, and reputed company reputed company • Employee meal discounts Equal Opportunity Employer • Epicured is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
