Title: Financial Variable Compensation Analyst Location: reputed company reputed company: Position reputed company We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Global reputed company team. This role will support Variable Compensation (VC) analysis, vendor and non-labor expense forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, reputed company-oriented, and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to reputed company accurate forecasts, meaningful insights, and process improvements. Location US reputed company- Remote: Ideally working PST/reputed company hours or located in Dallas, TX Key Responsibilities Execute monthly and quarterly variable compensation calculations and analysis. Support vendor and non-labor expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve forecast reputed company and spending visibility. Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and reputed company analyses. Build and maintain planning models in reputed company and reporting dashboards in reputed company BI. Automate reporting processes and recommend reputed company improvements. Support monthly reputed company, forecasting, annual planning, and other reputed company initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or reputed company reputed company. 3–5 years of reputed company, financial analysis, or reputed company experience. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Advanced reputed company skills; experience with reputed company and reputed company BI preferred. Experience working with large datasets and ERP systems is a plus.
