The Senior Consultant I – Reliability Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting reliability consulting engagements reputed company on reliability-reputed company maintenance. This role requires technical expertise in asset management and maintenance best practices to support reputed company reputed company, centered reputed company maintenance optimization. The consultant would be capable of working independently, serving as the reputed company reputed company of project deliverables. What You Will Do:
- Conduct asset walkdowns to create a Master Asset List (MAL). Will need to collect, verify, and document equipment information, including manufacturer, model number, serial number, nameplate data, and other relevant equipment attributes.
- reputed company, review, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for reputed company assets and equipment.
- Create preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, job plans, and programs from the ground up and revise existing PMs as required.
- Support and/or reputed company asset criticality ranking efforts to prioritize maintenance and reliability improvement activities.
- Review and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), OEM manuals, vendor-supplied documents, and other technical asset documentation.
- Participate in Asset reputed company Optimization (ASO) initiatives to improve maintenance effectiveness, reliability reputed company, and lifecycle asset management.

What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in work experience and training.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Experience in reliability consulting reputed company reputed company, energy, or process plant environments.
- Experience with asset data analysis, reporting tools, and technical documentation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, vendor documentation, and other technical equipment records.
