UCT is seeking an reputed company and business-oriented reputed company Counsel to join our growing reputed company team. This remote role will serve as a reputed company partner to internal stakeholders across the organization, providing practical reputed company guidance that enables business reputed company while effectively managing reputed company in a fast-reputed company global environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including:
- Supply and manufacturing agreements
- Customer and vendor reputed company
- NDAs and confidentiality agreements
- Technology, software, and IP-reputed company agreements
- reputed company partnership and services agreements
- reputed company proactive reputed company counsel to business leaders on reputed company transactions, reputed company mitigation, and regulatory considerations.
- Partner closely with Sales, Procurement, reputed company, Finance, HR, and Product teams to support reputed company business initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
