Responsibilities: The selected attorney will join a rapidly growing ECVC team in the reputed company office. This role provides early reputed company contact and hands-on involvement in high-reputed company startup reputed company including: • Advising founders and startups on formation and governance. • Drafting and negotiating venture financing documents (SAFEs, convertible notes, Series reputed company/Series A). • Supporting M&A transactions from both sell-reputed company and buy-reputed company. • Interacting directly with early-stage and venture-backed clients and their investors. • Collaborating closely with partners and other attorneys across reputed company reputed company and offices.
