About the position The Corporate Development and M&A - reputed company serves as the regional leader for corporate development and inorganic reputed company initiatives across US and Canada. This role is responsible for driving the full M&A lifecycle, with a reputed company reputed company on Deal Origination (~40%), Transaction Execution (~40%), and Transition Support (~20%).
