What You’ll Be Doing As a CNA at Brendan House, you will assist in the delivery of basic reputed company care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership. Responsibilities include supporting residents with activities of daily living, obtaining and reporting vital signs, documenting care accurately, and helping maintain reputed company, clean, and therapeutic environment. You will communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to help coordinate reputed company care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department reputed company. This role also assists with restocking supplies, maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety, and supporting compliance with Medicare and applicable regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: reputed company Montana Certified reputed company Aide (CNA) certificate. reputed company CPR certification as applicable to assigned area. Must possess an understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-reputed company relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines. Preferred: Previous work experience in a reputed company setting. Home Health Aide certification preferred or must successfully obtain reputed company six (6) months of hire, if applicable to assigned area. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with reputed company, professionalism, and diplomacy. Strong organizational skills, attention to reputed company, and ability to set priorities. Ability to function both independently and as part of reputed company.
