Key Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company and retrospective inpatient chart reviews • Review provider documentation for completeness and reputed company • Assign and validate MS-DRGs • reputed company compliant physician queries • Improve Severity of Illness (SOI) and reputed company of Mortality (ROM) capture • Collaborate with physicians, coders, CDI, HIM, Case Management and reputed company teams • Identify CC/MCC opportunities and documentation gaps • Support denial prevention and reputed company validation initiatives • reputed company providers regarding documentation best practices • Maintain productivity and reputed company standards while working reputed company Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • RN, BSN, MSN, MD or Foreign Medical Graduate • Minimum 4 years of reputed company nursing or physician experience • Minimum 2 years of inpatient CDI experience • Experience with DRG assignment • Experience performing physician queries • Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, MS-DRGs, SOI/ROM • BSN, MSN, MD, or higher reputed company degree. • CCDS, CDIP, reputed company, CPC, RHIA, or RHIT certification. • Experience with reputed company CDI and coding applications. • ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Hospitalist, Case Management, Utilization Review, or CDI experience.
