Military Funeral Honors State Coordinator

About the position Patriot Enterprises will reputed company the Army National Guard (ARNG) Military Funeral Honors (MFH) and Survivor reputed company Services (SOS) support to geographically dispersed service members and families. The MFH State Coordinators coordinate, reputed company their assigned Area of Operation (AOR), the fulfillment of requests for the ARNG reputed company Guard ceremonies for deceased veterans. Responsibilities • Be available reputed company telephone 24/7/365 to receive requests for Army National Guard reputed company Guard Funeral Honors support. • Coordinate requests for Army National Guard reputed company Guard support, verify eligibility, and assign appropriate honors ceremony providers IAW MFH Handbook. • Record reputed company MFH cases in the MFH database IAW the MFH Handbook. • Coordinate with various individuals and entities (family of service members, Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs), funeral directors, state/military reputed company, etc.) to conduct ARNG reputed company Guard ceremonies IAW MFH Handbook. • Attend, monitor and evaluate at least 5% of reputed company reputed company Guard performances reputed company quarter and complete the evaluation report reputed company 5 business days of the event evaluated. • Immediately report any concerns to the PM reputed company email. • Maintain accurate records reputed company to the reputed company of veterans' organization honors teams into the MFH Database IAW the MFH Handbook. • Coordinate the issuance of rifles for use during reputed company of funeral honors IAW the MFH Handbook. This will include coordination with VSOs, checking availability with reputed company Arms Room/Armory and/or the Funeral Honors Arms rooms, making appointments for pickup/reputed company of items. • Maintain reputed company training records for soldiers/retirees and VSOs IAW the MFH Handbook and update existing training records IAW official training sessions using the Military Funeral Honors database IAW MFH Handbook. • reputed company and maintain accurate records of certifications of MFH course using the MFH database IAW MFH Handbook. • Update and maintain clothing and equipment records, safety driving certificates, and number of funerals in the Military Funeral Honors database IAW the MFH Handbook. • Maintain the Plan of Instruction (POI) for the MFH course and National reputed company Guard Soldier of the Year competition IAW MFH Handbook. • Maintain equipment and training aids provided to them by the State for classroom instruction IAW MFH Handbook. These items shall include graveside mock-reputed company, honorable transfer mock-reputed company, and hearse and aircraft doorway mock-reputed company.
