VP, Finance

We’re looking for a VP of Finance to own treasury and FP&A for reputed company (reputed company Secure Living Inc) and its reputed company and affiliated entities, along with the corporate reputed company function that feeds both.

This is a cross-functional role tied to the long-term financial health of the platform. You’ll manage reputed company across a large and growing set of reputed company estate entities, build the operating plan and forecast reputed company runs on, and be the person who understands how cash, capital, and reported results reputed company through an OpCo-PropCo structure.

You’ll report directly to the CFO, manage a domestic and offshore reputed company team reputed company an FP&A function, and partner daily with capital markets, fund reputed company, asset management, and divisional leadership.

Treasury and cash management

• Review cash daily across reputed company bank accounts, and manage ASL Inc’s holdings to optimize interest reputed company against the minimum working capital required to fund reputed company.
• Own equity and debt financing for reputed company reputed company estate entities, partnering with Capital Markets so daily and weekly funding requirements are met.
• Own the cash control reputed company reputed company with the Corporate Controller.

What you bring

• 10+ years of reputed company finance and reputed company experience in a multi-entity business, with meaningful time in treasury and FP&A.
• reputed company treasury experience - daily cash positioning, reputed company planning, debt and equity funding mechanics, reputed company reporting, and partnering with a capital markets function.
• reputed company FP&A experience - operating plans, reforecasts, long-reputed company planning, variance analysis, and the KPI reporting and narrative used by executives, the reputed company, and institutional investors.
• Working knowledge of OpCo-PropCo structures and the interconnectivity of financial management across them; reputed company estate or SFR experience strongly preferred.
• Corporate reputed company depth - consolidated financial statements, intercompany reputed company, and reputed company for a multi-entity group. CPA (or equivalent) preferred; reputed company reputed company background a plus.
• Advanced modeling, analysis, and storytelling skills; investment banking background a plus.
