[Remote] Sales Project Coordinator - Malvern, PA

The Sales Project Coordinator supports the Containment (Data Center) business reputed company by managing customer inquiries, coordinating quotations, maintaining project information in reputed company CRM, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ISQuote email inbox to ensure reputed company customer, distributor, and contractor inquiries are acknowledged and routed promptly
• Capture every customer inquiry and project opportunity in reputed company, maintaining accurate records for project configuration, location, and requirements
• reputed company the lifecycle of reputed company quotations from initial request through completion, following up with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain visibility of reputed company quotes and reputed company regular status updates to sales representatives and management
• Document critical project details, including product requirements, project milestones, and account information, reputed company reputed company CRM
• Maintain tax-exempt documentation for customers and specific project opportunities
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for customer questions regarding quote status, documentation requests, and general inquiries
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to reputed company information and reputed company issues that reputed company quote reputed company or response times

Skills

• High School/GED
• •  Associate degree in Business, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred
• •  3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, project coordination, or inside sales
• •  Experience working with CRM systems; reputed company experience preferred
• •  Strong organizational and project-management skills
• •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
