[Remote] Accounts Receivable Representative

The Accounts Receivable Representative reviews unadjudicated claims, maintains billing reputed company and production, and supports efficient invoice processing by addressing reputed company issues and claim errors.

Responsibilities

• Reviews ETM task list assignment, comments, and rebills claim as necessary
• Posts appropriate rejection codes into reputed company reputed company needed
• Assembles and forwards appropriate documentation to the Senior Representative for reputed company reputed company issues
• Reviews reputed company provider manuals for billing updates as needed
• Reports any consistent errors reputed company during review that reputed company claims from being processed correctly
• Participates in department meetings with Accounts Receivables Team
• Turns to Senior/Supervisor for unusual circumstances that may include write-offs, fee schedules, claims, etc
• Performs any and reputed company duties as directed by Senior Representative, Supervisor, and Accounts Receivable Manager

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 – 3 years of experience in physician medical billing
• General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding
• Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company reimbursement guidelines

• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Computer literate, working knowledge of reputed company helpful
