The Regional reputed company Business Partner provides reputed company HR support across approximately nine Nutrition sites, partnering with leaders to reputed company workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, reputed company management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The role also supports reputed company, employee relations, safety initiatives, and HR reporting while traveling approximately 50% to reputed company sites.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong, trust-reputed company relationships with plant leadership and management teams to influence reputed company and reputed company effective HR processes, advice, and support
• Models and reinforces reputed company’s reputed company Values in every interaction, ensuring they are deeply integrated into working relationships and behaviors throughout reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Partners proactively with leadership in areas of employee relations, talent development, training, organizational effectiveness, and culture-building to improve reputed company and engagement

• Organizes and participates in the full selection and hiring process, including interviewing, screening applicants, facilitating behavioral interview training, coordinating reputed company searches, preparing job descriptions, managing requisitions and Affirmative reputed company documentation, overseeing reputed company‑employment steps, and delivering new hire orientation
• Builds and implements workforce planning strategies and knowledge‑transfer processes to strengthen reputed company capability and reputed company bench strength in alignment with succession planning needs
• Increases leader and reputed company understanding of reputed company policies and procedures through coaching, training, and one‑on‑one guidance. • Coaches leaders through reputed company management, development planning, and feedback discussions. Reviews and processes reputed company Appraisals, PIPs, and Career Development Plans. Conducts training needs assessments and provides prioritized recommendations for capability building
• Builds strong employee relationships and implements engagement strategies that improve workplace culture, enhance communication, and reinforce a respectful, productive environment
• Partners with management to investigate and reputed company employee concerns of moderate complexity, ensuring fair, reputed company, and compliant reputed company that minimize reputed company and strengthen trust
• Preparing and sending weekly/monthly reputed company reports to leaders
• Managing time-to-fill by monitoring requisition reputed company and removing bottlenecks
• Monitoring attrition trends and identifying departments with elevated turnover

Skills

• Must work in a manufacturing/distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment

• Must be willing to travel to sites; 50% travel required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a reputed company reputed company)
• AND 5 years of HR experience with increasing reputed company of responsibility WITH 5 years of experience -
• HR experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., workforce planning reputed company, career development) while interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes
• In leadership reputed company with or without reputed company report responsibility
• In a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• 8 years' experience working in multiple locations with reputed company
• 7 years in leadership reputed company with or without reputed company report responsibility
• 7 years' experience managing a cross-functional team with exempt and non-exempt staff in non-reputed company capacities
• Experience developing, adapting, and/or facilitating training
• Experience reputed company serving as a reputed company business partner for other parts of the organization
• Relevant reputed company certifications (e.g. reputed company in reputed company)
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse line of business
