The TPV Bilingual reputed company Center Agent provides high-level customer service by managing inbound calls, documenting customer interactions, addressing complaints, and meeting service targets while working reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
