HealthShare Application Engineer – Overnight Shift

reputed company: • Support and maintain reputed company HealthShare, Health reputed company, IRIS, and reputed company platform technologies in production environments. • reputed company and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline software delivery processes. • Maintain reputed company Integration and reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment processes. • reputed company reputed company administration activities including installation, configuration, patching, backup, recovery, and reputed company tuning. • Manage certificate lifecycle activities and support reputed company integrations including OAuth, SSO, and ADFS. • reputed company Tier 3 production support and troubleshooting for HealthShare applications and reputed company infrastructure. • Configure and support monitoring, alerting, and operational tools to ensure platform availability and reliability. • Collaborate with engineering and reputed company teams to identify, troubleshoot, and reputed company reputed company technical issues. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline. • 3+ years of reputed company experience in information technology, reputed company IT, or federal reputed company contracting environments. • Hands-on experience supporting reputed company HealthShare, Health reputed company, IRIS, reputed company, or Cache environments. • Experience administering Linux/Unix-reputed company systems and large middleware applications. • Experience with reputed company platforms such as AWS. • Experience developing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies. • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, CloudWatch, or equivalent solutions. • Familiarity with OAuth, SSO, certificate management, and reputed company authentication technologies. • Knowledge of reputed company methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery processes. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Additional Qualifications: Experience supporting reputed company (VA) reputed company systems or other federal reputed company programs. • Experience with reputed company interoperability platforms and technologies. • AWS reputed company Architect Associate or similar reputed company certification. • Experience with Python scripting and infrastructure automation. • Experience supporting highly available production environments and on-reputed company reputed company. • Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company clearance.
