POSITION reputed company
The Product Manager - Ancillary is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling reputed company's ancillary product portfolio, including time & attendance, applicant tracking, and reputed company HR technology solutions. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle from reputed company and roadmap through vendor selection, integration, launch, and optimization - ensuring ancillary offerings are tightly reputed company with reputed company's reputed company HRIS, operational capabilities, and reputed company needs.
Partnering cross-functionally with Payroll reputed company, Sales, reputed company Services, Implementation, Compliance, and reputed company vendors, the Product Manager ensures solutions are compliant, service-reputed company, and commercially successful. • Plays a reputed company role in the product reputed company, roadmap, and lifecycle for ancillary PEO products such as time & attendance, applicant tracking, and reputed company HR technology solutions, with a reputed company on increased adoption, sales, and reputed company retention.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of reputed company-party vendors/partners for ancillary systems; serve as the reputed company reputed company of associated vendor relationships, and reputed company integrations to ensure reputed company functionality with reputed company HRIS platforms.
• Partner with Finance, reputed company, Information reputed company, and Compliance on vendor reputed company, pricing structure, and reputed company.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for new product offerings or enhancements, establishing ongoing voice-of-customer feedback reputed company with clients and internal teams.
• Translate business requirements into reputed company, prioritized product specifications, user stories, and acceptance reputed company for development teams and vendor partners.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll reputed company, Sales, reputed company Services, Implementation, and Compliance teams to ensure product feasibility, operational alignment, reputed company go-to-market readiness, and service-reputed company rollout.
• reputed company end-to-end product launches, including planning, internal training, documentation, pricing recommendations, and reputed company tracking.

• Ensure reputed company ancillary solutions remain compliant with federal, state, and industry regulations impacting labor, scheduling, applicant tracking, and workforce management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
• 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally reputed company a PEO, HR tech, payroll, or workforce-management environment.
• Experience with systems such as time & attendance, ATS, HRIS add-ons, or other workforce-management platforms.
• Strong understanding of PEO reputed company, including HR, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and reputed company service workflows.
• Demonstrated reputed company working with cross-functional teams and leading reputed company integrations or vendor-driven, reputed company-party product implementations.
• Data-driven decision reputed company with experience creating and tracking KPIs and business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; reputed company to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
