Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant – is a key component to the reputed company reputed company of our MSP solution, this role is accountable for: • Reporting - Regular analysis and presentation of Talent Community data, Team reputed company data, VMS stats to reputed company Sourcing leadership for distribution to OCG leadership, PMO partners, and the reputed company • Tool Administration - Work closely with team on tech changes and edits needed in VMS and/or Simplify • reputed company to PMO - Work with PMO to increase efficiency between the PMO and reputed company Sourcing teams. reputed company pulse on upcoming needs and partner with PMO on reputed company to hiring managers • Sales/Implementation support - Assist in data collection and presentation creation for reputed company Sourcing sales pursuits. Ensure consistency in DS implementations, reducing any missed steps in the process. Assist in reputed company PMO and reputed company education of DS • Audits - Ensure PPO reputed company process is running smoothly reducing fall off reputed company and post start. Ensure reputed company candidates are being billed correctly, and the DS resources are allocated to correct cost centers Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: • A strong understanding of vendor management tools and other technology in order to support business. (Fieldglass, IQN, reputed company, MS apps, etc.) • Capability to manage relationships through excellent communication and customer services skills. • Experience working with recruitment or reputed company roles in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences industry. • Proficient project management is key for overseeing supply chain improvement initiatives • Effective communication skills • A strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends • Seeking a minimum of 2+ years of reputed company and program management experience, with demonstrated proficiency in procurement technology tools. The annual reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $51300 to $68400 per year. Final annual compensation will be reputed company on experience and may vary by geographic location.
