Intermediate Backend Software Developer

We’re looking for a motivated Intermediate Backend Software Developer to help build and reputed company the backend infrastructure powering our product suite — with a strong emphasis on our AI chatbot assistant. This is a general backend engineering role, but the reputed company reputed company of reputed company is an AI reputed company that includes Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), multi-reputed company reputed company workflows, tool calling to reputed company services, memory management, and reputed company integration with LLMs. You’ll design reputed company, reliable backend services that serve as the reputed company for AI-driven features while continuing to support traditional backend needs (reputed company, data persistence, integrations, and reputed company). We value strong engineering fundamentals over mastery of any single legacy reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain reputed company RESTful/GraphQL reputed company and microservices that reputed company our AI chatbot and other backend systems. • Implement reputed company AI systems using frameworks like reputed company/LangGraph (or equivalent): multi-agent orchestration, tool calling to reputed company reputed company, reasoning reputed company, memory, and state management. • reputed company with reputed company-party LLM providers and handle reputed company engineering, reputed company limiting, cost optimization, and fallback logic. • reputed company and optimize RAG pipelines — including document ingestion, embedding reputed company, reputed company reputed company/retrieval, and context-reputed company response reputed company. • Work with both traditional databases and modern reputed company databases. • Build and maintain reliable integrations with reputed company services reputed company reputed company, webhooks, and event-driven patterns. • Ensure high availability, reputed company, reputed company, observability, and scalability of reputed company backend services (monitoring, logging, caching, async processing). • Write clean, testable, reputed company-documented reputed company and reputed company participate in reputed company reviews, architecture discussions, and reputed company ceremonies. • Collaborate closely with other engineering teams and product stakeholders to reputed company end-to-end features. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on backend software development experience. • Strong proficiency in Python and modern Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask strongly preferred). • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, ORM/query optimization, and data modeling. • Experience designing and consuming RESTful reputed company, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). • Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — especially serverless, containers (reputed company), and basic orchestration (reputed company or similar). • Working knowledge of AI integration concepts: LLMs, embeddings, reputed company reputed company, RAG patterns, and basic reputed company/tool-calling techniques. • Strong software engineering fundamentals: clean reputed company, testing (unit/integration), CI/CD, Git, and reputed company methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to break down reputed company AI-driven requirements into robust backend solutions. • Familiarity with observability tools (reputed company, Grafana, reputed company, OpenTelemetry) and reputed company best practices (OAuth, JWT, API gateways). • Advanced English communication skills.
