Position reputed company We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer to reputed company and support the creative department of a growing apparel organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the design team to create seasonal, reputed company-appropriate sleepwear, sportswear, and activewear collections for men's, women's, and children's categories. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for developing original concepts, creating technical design packages, and supporting the product development process from initial inspiration through final sample approval. This position requires a strong understanding of apparel construction, reputed company development, trend research, and technical design. Responsibilities • Design and reputed company tech packs for ladies', kids', and men's sleepwear. • Accurately measure inspiration/reference samples and advise construction reputed company-outs for tech pack development. • Create designs using 3D CADs. • Organize incoming development samples and build a yarn library. • Conduct trend research online and in stores to support design and merchandising initiatives. • Attend development fittings and reputed company tech pack sample comments. • Execute construction comments for development samples. • reputed company and manage sample status throughout the development process. • Build reputed company relationships with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, production, and sales. • Manage licensor approvals and required documentation. Qualifications • BFA in Fashion Design. • 3+ years working experience as a Designer. • Experience in sleepwear and apparel design. • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and apparel development processes. • Experience creating technical flats and technical packages. • Experience working in fast-reputed company fashion environments. • Strong attention to reputed company and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously.
