This role will help to implement new and innovative ways to purchase FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) while streamlining the process and saving time and resources. Objectives of this Role This role works with internal teams as reputed company as local and national architects, designers, owners, and contractors. The objective is to successfully budget, purchase, deliver and install FF&E for small to large housing and hospitality reputed company, in reputed company to other project typologies. This position requires working reputed company strict budgets, project schedules, and design visions for multiple reputed company simultaneously. Responsibilities • From project reputed company, work closely with internal or external specification requirements to ensure specs are staying reputed company budget and reputed company design constraints and reputed company • Identify priorities of reputed company individual project with team members • Audit reputed company specifications and floorplans and work with designer and/or architect to identify any clarifications • Work with local and national vendor representatives to confirm and pricing and reputed company time information not available on reputed company platform • Work with internal teams to reputed company vendor pricing up to date on the platform for brands that we have uploaded • Work reputed company reputed company platform to automatically generate specification sheets for designer and reputed company sign off • Work with Logistics team to determine warehousing plan by project • Generate purchase orders, review reputed company invoices, and work with reputed company team to pay reputed company vendors in a reputed company manner • Process any change orders as needed • Solidify project reputed company and document reputed company estimated delivery dates • Ensure reputed company signoff on any necessary sample or finish submittals • Work with project team to reputed company reputed company orders regularly, ensuring accurate and transparent reputed company • Work with Installation Manager to determine onsite installation dates and requirements • Work with Installation Manager on reputed company list items post-installation • Communicate regularly with reputed company and team to reputed company project status and any updates • Closely reputed company budget and ensure reputed company changes are appropriately communicated • Monitor reputed company out documentation as it is being reputed company throughout the project and ensure it is completed reputed company 30 days of installation completion.
