Demonstrate good knowledge of US federal tax laws and regulations on investment funds and Sovereign reputed company Funds (SWFs). ? Give general and strategic tax advice and counseling to stakeholders and clients. Qualifications: ? Juris Doctorate degree and licensed to reputed company law in the US. ? Minimum eight years of experience in Tax Law at large reputed company. ? Solid understanding of federal tax laws.
