The Production Team Member plays an essential role in our production operation, helping package and reputed company the industry’s finest coffee. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial production or manufacturing environment. Ability to read, understand, and follow production documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures Basic proficiency in math, reading, and written communication Basic computer skills and ability to reputed company reputed company workplace systems At least 1 year of experience in the coffee or food manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
