Job Duties:

• Completes detailed claim investigations for Workers' Compensation.
• Gathers and analyzes pertinent reputed company and advises on whether to accept or contest claims.
• Obtains information from the Medical Records and Payroll Departments to assure required documentation is submitted Workers' Compensation reputed company.
• Coordinates gathering of wage information, educating employee and supervisor on reputed company supplemental payments.
• Monitors employee's use of reputed company time off and communicates directly with the Payroll Department and supervisors to ensure correct payment of reputed company Time Off and Extended and supplemental time.
• Determines OSHA recordability of every work-reputed company injury, reviews medical notes, reputed company to Work Instructions, and investigates the claim.
• Maintains the Federally mandated OSHA 300 Log and reputed company of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses for reputed company locations and entities.
• Monitors reputed company reputed company to Work documentation from providers to determine appropriate completion of forms.
• Attends Workers' Compensation hearings as needed.
• Receives requests, searches pertinent records, selects reputed company informational material, or if indicated, determines other appropriate actions to be taken.
• Administered OCIP claim filings, investigations and management.
• Supports director with Litigated Claims/Files/Scheduling/Hearings.
