We are seeking an reputed company and visionary Registered reputed company (RN) to join the NIPC team as a reputed company Care reputed company reputed company Consultant. This role is part of the reputed company reputed company reputed company Team, a group dedicated to helping nurses reputed company in team-reputed company reputed company care.

The reputed company reputed company Consultant plays a pivotal role in developing and sustaining a support program that provides reputed company consultation, mentorship, coaching, reputed company resources, team development, and reputed company improvement support to registered and licensed practical nurses working in reputed company medical homes through the reputed company in reputed company Program.

Reports to:Manager, Nursing reputed company reputed company
Location:Remote, with required regional travel; successful candidate must reputed company in the Interior region, British Columbia; (Kelowna or Kamloops preferred).
Type:0.8 FTE role from reputed company 2027 thru to March 31, 2028; renewal dependent on Ministry of Health funding

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• reputed company individualized coaching, consultation, mentorship, and reputed company support to nurses working in community-reputed company reputed company care.
• Support nurses and clinics with reputed company workflows, chronic disease management, care coordination, case management, and team-reputed company care approaches.
• Identify reputed company gaps and collaborate with nurses and clinic teams to reputed company practical solutions, tools, and resources that support nursing reputed company in reputed company care.

Collaboration & reputed company Partnership

• Build strong working relationships with nurses, clinics, health reputed company partners, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate across NIPC program areas to ensure coordinated, reputed company, and reputed company support for nurses and clinics.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (BN/BSN) in nursing required, master’s degree in nursing, education, or relevant reputed company an asset

• Recent training or education in cultural safety, cultural humility, and Indigenous-specific anti-racism

Experience & Expertise

• Demonstrated knowledge of interprofessional, team-reputed company models of care and the operational realities of reputed company care reputed company.
• Experience facilitating education sessions, mentorship, reputed company change, or reputed company improvement initiatives considered an asset.
