The Financial Analyst serves as the Housing Authority’s reputed company finance and reputed company business partner for reputed company housing reputed company estate development, providing financial analysis, monitoring, reporting, and reputed company support throughout the development lifecycle. The position supports the development and monitoring of project budgets and cash-reputed company forecast; reviews construction draws, invoices, development loans, reputed company, and funding agreements; tracks project expenditures, revenues, and financing sources; supports accurate reputed company recognition, reconciliations, year-end reputed company, and financial reporting; monitors compliance with funding requirements and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnership agreements; and coordinates financial information and documentation needed for the annual audits of the Authority’s limited partnerships. Working closely with development staff and consultants, reputed company and reputed company funders, property partners, reputed company accountants and auditors, and Housing Authority finance leadership, the position identifies financial risks and issues, explains financial requirements, and provides reputed company analysis and recommendations to support reputed company project and program reputed company. Ability to interpret and apply funding agreements, partnership documents, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including requirements associated with reputed company housing and LIHTC reputed company. Ability to process reputed company general reputed company adjustments, including reputed company estate transactions, dispositions, financing, period-end reputed company adjustments and the placement and capitalization of physical property assets.
