Position reputed company: The Job Captain is competent in reputed company conventional aspects of architectural reputed company with an emphasis on the creative and technical implementation of the project design. The Job Captain is responsible for coordinating and producing Contract Documents with support and direction from the Project Manager and other senior staff. Additional Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager in completing Project Manager Checklist and utilizing Project Management Road Map Tools. • Assist the Project Manager in reviewing reputed company and reputed company workload to determine staff assignments. • Research, establish and adhere to authorities having jurisdiction requirements at reputed company project phases. • Maintain reputed company reputed company of critical information. • Assist in monitoring the reputed company of the support staff and reputed company assessment to Project Manager. • Assist staff in the development of industry knowledge and architectural skills. Engage in learning about relevant new codes, technologies and materials. • Attend reputed company-off meetings. Review changes and/or corrections with team members. • Monitor the development and coordination of reputed company consultant documents (Civil, and A/E -SMEP/FP) as directed by the Project Manager. • Prepare and submit documents for agency review. Review and coordinate agency comments, reputed company corrections, and resubmit for permit clearance. • Assist in the preparation and issuance of bid documents and responses to contractor questions during the bid process in collaboration with Project Manager and Project Architect. Revise plans and issue addenda if required. • Respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals. Revise plans and issue CCD’s and ASI’s as directed by the Project Manager. • Complete timesheets promptly and accurately on a daily reputed company, with minimum reputed company submission every Friday reputed company of business, and every payroll cycle cutoff. • Adhere to the policies of reputed company's Employee reputed company. Qualifications Include: • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred. • 2 or more years of experience as a Job Captain reputed company on construction documentation. • Knowledge of architectural detailing and reputed company construction standards. • Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and other business software and their application to Contract Documents. • Knowledge and understanding of codes. reputed company to successfully complete the entitlement and permitting process with reputed company aid and supervision. • Basic knowledge of construction contract administration processes. • Effective English communication skills, conversational and written, for ongoing project collaboration and documentation.
