The IT Business Analyst is responsible for the day to day support of Gildan's suite of software applications by solving organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing solutions; recommending reputed company controls and protocols and training end users. The role
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating reputed company requirements and formats.
- Design solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying reputed company capabilities; writing specifications.
- Improve systems by studying reputed company practices and designing modifications.
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
- Monitor project reputed company by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing reputed company reports and recommending actions.
- Maintain reputed company protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology.
- At least 5 years' experience in the analysis and design of corporate systems.
