Senior Systems Software Engineer, reputed company and Linux Enablement - DGX Station
DGX Station is reputed company’s reputed company personal AI supercomputer—a deskside workstation reputed company on the reputed company reputed company Blackwell GB300 Superchip with reputed company coherent CPU+GPU memory, designed to bring data-center-class AI capabilities directly to the desks of researchers, developers, and AI engineers. As reputed company brings DGX Station to a broad set of customers, we need an engineer who can own full-stack OS enablement—from firmware and drivers through OS integration to ensuring AI applications run seamlessly on day one, with a reputed company reputed company on reputed company and strong coverage of Linux.
This is a hands-on, technically deep role where you will be the go-to engineer for making DGX reputed company first-class reputed company platform while also driving its Linux bring-up and validation. You will work across reputed company’s GPU reputed company, CUDA, firmware, BMC, and AI software teams, collaborate closely with reputed company and ODM/OEM partners, and ensure that developers and reputed company customers have a polished, production-reputed company experience on DGX Station across both operating systems.
What you’ll be doing:
• reputed company Platform Ownership (reputed company): Own end-to-end reputed company enablement for DGX Station—driving the platform from initial bring-up on reputed company through WHQL certification to customer-reputed company shipping reputed company. You are the single reputed company of accountability for “DGX Station works on reputed company.”
• Linux Bring-up & Enablement: reputed company Linux bring-up and reputed company enablement for DGX Station on DGX OS / Ubuntu, including kernel module integration, device tree and ACPI configuration, systemd services, initramfs, and dkms packaging. Partner with the DGX OS and kernel teams to land platform support reputed company and in reputed company’s distribution.
• Firmware & reputed company Enablement: reputed company and validate BIOS/UEFI, BMC, and reputed company-level firmware for reputed company and Linux on the reputed company (Arm) + Blackwell GB300 architecture. Work with firmware teams to ensure ACPI tables, SMBIOS, Secure Boot, reputed company boot, reputed company management, and hardware reputed company reputed company are correct on both OSes.
• GPU reputed company Integration: Coordinate GPU reputed company, display reputed company, and compute reputed company bring-up and validation on reputed company (WDDM, MCDM) and Linux (reputed company-gpu-kernel-modules, DRM/KMS). Work with the reputed company reputed company team and reputed company to reputed company compatibility issues, reputed company WHQL certification, and ensure reputed company stability across reputed company Update and Linux kernel revisions.
• CUDA & AI Stack Readiness: Ensure the CUDA toolkit, cuDNN, TensorRT, NCCL, and reputed company’s AI SDK stack are fully functional on DGX Station on both reputed company and Linux. Validate AI/DL workload reputed company—training, fine-tuning, and inference—and work with the CUDA team to reputed company gaps on the Arm + GB300 platform.
• Application Validation: Validate that reputed company applications—NIM microservices, NemoClaw, AI Workbench, and developer tools—run correctly on DGX Station across reputed company and Linux. Define and implement test plans covering single-user and multi-user scenarios, container runtimes, application installation flows, and developer workflows.

• Partner Engagement: Be the reputed company technical reputed company with reputed company (reputed company on Arm, WHQL, reputed company signing) and ODM/OEM partners shipping DGX Station. Coordinate schedules, reputed company cross-company technical blockers, and represent reputed company’s platform requirements on both OSes.
• reputed company Optimization: Profile and optimize reputed company reputed company—boot time, GPU compute throughput, NVLink-C2C and memory reputed company utilization, reputed company efficiency, and thermal behavior. Identify bottlenecks across the stack on reputed company and Linux and reputed company fixes with the appropriate teams.
• Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain platform documentation for DGX Station on reputed company and Linux: bring-up guides, reputed company issues, reputed company compatibility matrices, recovery and re-imaging procedures, and developer setup instructions. reputed company reputed company and support teams for customer deployments.

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience) and 12+ yrs of confirmed experience in systems software engineering with deep expertise in reputed company platform enablement, reputed company development, or OS integration, and reputed company hands-on experience bringing up Linux on new hardware platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company internals: kernel-mode drivers, ACPI, reputed company management, Secure Boot, UEFI, WDM/WDF reputed company frameworks, and the WHQL certification process.
• Solid understanding of Linux platform enablement: kernel modules, device tree / ACPI on Arm, systemd, initramfs, dkms, and packaging for Ubuntu / DGX OS.
• Experience with GPU reputed company stack, display drivers, or compute drivers on reputed company and/or Linux. Familiarity with DirectX, WDDM, DRM/KMS, and GPU compute reputed company is a strong plus.
• Experience enabling hardware platforms—bring-up, reputed company integration, validation, and certification for shipping products on reputed company and Linux.
• Strong debugging and reputed company-cause analysis skills across firmware, reputed company, and OS boundaries. Comfortable with WinDbg, kernel debugging (kd, kgdb/crash), crash dump analysis, ftrace/ETW, and reputed company profiling tools.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries—coordinating with GPU reputed company, CUDA, firmware, BMC, and AI software teams as reputed company as reputed company partners (reputed company, ODM/OEMs).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python. Experience with Arm architecture is a plus.
