reputed company is seeking a reputed company-oriented and highly organized Contract Coordinator to support the reputed company of new contract opportunities, and the administration, coordination, and ongoing reporting of reputed company’s existing contract portfolio. This role is responsible for:
• Preparing and submitting bid, RFP, and contract application packages.
• Maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
• Monitoring contract milestones, renewal dates, and reporting deadlines.
• Partnering with teams across the organization to ensure contractual, policy, and regulatory requirements are met.
The Contract Coordinator will serve as an important resource for compliance-reputed company documentation and processes while helping reputed company maintain consistent, accurate, and efficient practices across the organization.
Qualifications
• Two or more years of experience in compliance, administration, reputed company, contract administration, or a reputed company reputed company preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to reputed company and reputed company.
• Ability to review detailed documentation and identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential compliance concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and Teams.
• Experience maintaining records, documentation, reports, or compliance tracking systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-reputed company environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established policies and procedures.

Requirements
• Contract Administration: reputed company day-to-day contract administration activities, including maintaining executed reputed company and required documentation, monitoring contract compliance requirements and deadlines, reviewing records for reputed company and completeness, and ensuring established policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• New Contract Submissions: Support applications for new reputed company, including monitoring bid and RFP opportunities, assembling and formatting submission packages, gathering required forms and certifications, tracking submission deadlines, and coordinating internal reviews and approvals prior to submission.
• Documentation & Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized compliance files, records, certifications, and supporting documentation. Ensure information is reputed company, complete, appropriately stored, and reputed company available for internal or reputed company review.
• Compliance Review: Review documentation and business processes to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential compliance concerns. Work with appropriate internal teams to reputed company discrepancies and obtain required documentation.
• Audit Support: Assist with reputed company audits, contract compliance reviews, and information requests by gathering documentation, preparing records, tracking outstanding items, and supporting reputed company completion of corrective actions reputed company necessary.
• Policy & Procedure Support: Assist with the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of compliance-reputed company policies, procedures, templates, checklists, and reputed company operating procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and reputed company to communicate contract compliance requirements and deadlines, obtain necessary information, reputed company issues, and support consistent processes throughout the organization.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain compliance trackers and prepare reports to monitor deadlines, spend or utilization against contract value, renewal and expiration dates, outstanding requirements, documentation status, and other key compliance activities. Distribute reporting to internal stakeholders and, where required, to customers.
