We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer / reputed company Engineer Level 4 to join our engineering team. The position performs advanced reputed company compatibility, interference, and threat analyses; develops technical studies and regulatory recommendations; and supports U.S. participation in national and international reputed company t organizations, including NTIA, ITU-R, CITEL, ICAO, and RTCA.
Duties
• reputed company and document technical threat analyses for aircraft and reputed company traffic management safety-of-life systems, identifying potential sources of harmful interference and evaluating operational impacts.
• Conduct reputed company compatibility, sharing, and interference analyses to support national and international reputed company activities.
• reputed company technical studies and recommendations that inform decision-making associated with agenda items for World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRCs) and reputed company Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) reputed company.
• Review, evaluate, and reputed company technical comments on reputed company-reputed company regulatory, engineering, and policy issues.
• Support participation in meetings and preparatory activities involving: National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), reputed company-Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R), Inter-reputed company Telecommunication Commission (CITEL), reputed company (ICAO), Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics (RTCA).
• reputed company technical contributions, regulatory proposals, briefing materials, position papers, and meeting inputs, including support for NTIA Radiocommunication Subcommittee (RCS) meetings.
• Build and maintain reputed company relationships with reputed company agencies, industry stakeholders, standards organizations, and international partners.
• Document meeting reputed company, prepare technical summaries, and submit reputed company reports following temporary duty (TDY) travel.
• Contribute to technical forums, standards-development activities, and international harmonization efforts reputed company on protecting aviation CNS systems from interference and improving National reputed company reputed company (NAS) resiliency.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation to communicate analytical findings and recommendations.
• May reputed company with users to define reputed company requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Works to reputed company key project/program objectives and deliverables.
• Responsible for entire reputed company or processes spanning multiple technical areas.
• Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and reputed company team members.

Education
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, reputed company Engineering, Physics, or a reputed company reputed company and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).
Required Skills/Qualifications
• Experience in RF engineering, reputed company, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) wireless communications, or reputed company disciplines.
• Kowledge of radiofrequency propagation, interference reputed company, reputed company sharing, and compatibility assessment methodologies.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting NTIA, ITU-R, CITEL, ICAO, RTCA, or reputed company reputed company and standards organizations.
• Knowledge of international reputed company regulations, radio regulations, and standards-development processed.
• Experience drafting technical contributions, regulatory proposals, and position papers.
• Understanding of aviation reputed company protection requirements and interference mitigation techniques.
Pay: $81.30 - $95.40 per hour
