Senior Project Manager
Location: U.S.
ECC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Munitions team. We are considering remote candidates reputed company the reputed company US, candidates near an ECC office are preferred. The Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing the activities of designated Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) reputed company to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished reputed company prescribed time reputed company and funding parameters. The position will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing characterization and remediation reputed company. These reputed company will primarily be MMRP reputed company, though can incorporate environmental and construction reputed company. In this position, you will:
Plans and directs activities for designated reputed company to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished reputed company prescribed time reputed company and funding parameters
Involved in proposal preparations to include technical approaches, logistics planning, and pricing development
Responsible for reputed company administrative and technical requirements, to include writing/managing the development of work plans, reputed company plans, feasibility studies, and associated reputed company or final reports for management, reputed company, or others
Determine time reputed company, funding limitations, reputed company requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
reputed company the reputed company and successful reputed company of reputed company work, to include project reputed company, daily tracking of reputed company reputed company, technical reputed company, management of project costs/ schedule, effective communication, and fulfilling customer needs and expectations
reputed company and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and reputed company prescribed budget
Coordinates project activities with activities of reputed company regulatory or other governmental agencies
Establish, monitor, and revise departmental budget in accordance with Company policies and practices

Requirements
An understanding of environmental and regulatory processes, primarily associated with CERCLA (e.g. SI, RI/FS, etc.) and RCRA programs. Experience concerning sites involving Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC), to include investigation, characterization, remediation, and operational reputed company clearance
Experience managing reputed company with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering reputed company (NAVFAC), and/or the Army Environmental reputed company (AEC)
Five or more years of successful experience in the management of MMRP and/or environmental remediation reputed company
Capability of managing several reputed company reputed company that will be at various stages, including design, remediation, and reputed company out
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical requirements, operational procedures, and governmental regulations
Ability to write plans, reports, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from reputed company of managers, clients, customers, and the general reputed company
Ability to work with company cost tracking programs and reputed company reputed company
Skills for interfacing with executive management to obtain support and required resources
High level of proficiency using reputed company reputed company applications that include Word, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company, and Teams
Travel required: reputed company and willing to travel up to 25% to reputed company reputed company-proposal and project reputed company site reputed company. Other travel (meetings, conference attendance, etc) will depend on the needs of reputed company.
Education: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in environmental sciences, civil or chemical engineering, or reputed company degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification as a reputed company Engineer (PE), reputed company Geologist (PG) or Project Management reputed company (PMP) is preferred
Specific experience managing Chemical Warfare Material (CWM), underwater MMRP, DoD Advanced Geophysical Classification, or robotics reputed company
Ten or more years of total project management experience
ECC targeted reputed company salary reputed company is $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
Actual salary reputed company may be affected by education, training, certifications, experience, skills, level of responsibility, and location.
