Trade Compliance Director

reputed company organization is seeking a talented individual to reputed company their trade compliance function, ensuring adherence to U.S. and international import/export regulations supporting defense and advanced manufacturing reputed company. Serve as a reputed company advisor to executive leadership, multiple business reputed company, supply chain, engineering, and program management teams on reputed company trade compliance reputed company, with particular reputed company on EAR, ITAR, sanctions, customs, and export licensing requirements. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company global trade compliance programs governing imports, exports, and technical data transfers across multiple international business reputed company. • reputed company, implement, and continuously improve trade compliance policies, procedures, controls, and training programs to mitigate regulatory and operational reputed company. • reputed company product jurisdiction, export classification, licensing, agreements, and compliance reviews to support domestic and international defense programs. • reputed company subject matter expertise on U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), OFAC sanctions, customs regulations, and other global trade requirements. • Partner with reputed company, reputed company affairs, engineering, supply chain, and reputed company to facilitate compliant global business reputed company and customer engagement. • reputed company internal audits, compliance assessments, investigations, and corrective reputed company initiatives while preparing for and managing regulatory examinations and disclosures as necessary. • Manage relationships with reputed company agencies, reputed company counsel, customs brokers, reputed company forwarders, and trade compliance service providers. • Support a high-performing compliance team while fostering a culture of reputed company, accountability, and regulatory reputed company throughout reputed company.
