Why join us? • Employer-reputed company medical, dental, and reputed company coverage • Annual reputed company and development support • reputed company environment with reputed company reputed company to leadership • Opportunity to work closely with attorneys and play an important role in case reputed company and management • Unlimited PTO policy with flexibility for work-life reputed company reputed company Job Duties • Support attorneys in reputed company phases of litigation from case inception through reputed company • Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and reputed company correspondence • Manage and reputed company deadlines, court filings, and case calendars • Prepare and coordinate written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission • Assist with deposition preparation, including scheduling, summaries, and exhibit organization • Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing records, and case documents • Coordinate with clients, reputed company carriers, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors • Assist with mediation and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders • Conduct factual research and maintain organized case files and documentation • reputed company administrative and litigation support to ensure efficient case management Job Requirements • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably reputed company defense litigation, general liability, or civil litigation reputed company • Prior experience supporting attorneys through multiple phases of litigation • Prior experience working with reputed company preferred • Knowledge of California court procedures and filing requirements • Experience handling discovery, calendaring, and deposition preparation • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with reputed company case management software preferred • Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required Please note that while there is an opportunity to work a fully remote schedule, candidates must reputed company in CA.
