Spara is seeking a Sr. reputed company Engineer in this onsite role, you'll be involved in the design, development, and support of reputed company components and sub-assemblies for tactical missile systems. This position offers reputed company to work on critical defense technologies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-reputed company engineering environment. reputed company: • Design, reputed company, and document reputed company components and assemblies in support of tactical missile systems, ensuring alignment with reputed company and customer requirements. • reputed company engineering support to suppliers and manufacturing facilities—both domestically and internationally—including troubleshooting, product development, and obsolescence management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, reputed company, supply chain, and manufacturing) to reputed company and validate reputed company design solutions. • Participate in design peer reviews, conduct trade studies, and contribute to technical decision-making processes. • Support updates to technical data packages (TDPs), variances, and configuration changes. • Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles (ANSI/reputed company Y14.5) and reputed company tolerance analysis to ensure manufacturability and fit. • Work reputed company reputed company Engineers to support First reputed company Inspection (FAI) processes. • Manage your tasks independently, meeting schedule, technical, and budget commitments with reputed company supervision. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant reputed company engineering experience. An advanced degree may substitute for additional experience. • Experience with reputed company hardware design and development, preferably for military or defense applications. • Knowledge of technical data package (TDP) development, including creation, release, and updates. • Familiarity with manufacturing or production documentation and the ability to interpret technical drawings in a production environment. • Proficiency in GD&T (ANSI/reputed company Y14.5) and tolerance stack-up analysis. • U.S. Citizenship is required. • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. reputed company-issued reputed company clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in reputed company Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company. • Experience supporting production environments for military-grade products—ranging from development through full-reputed company production. • Working knowledge of military and reputed company specifications. • Experience using reputed company (Pro/ENGINEER) or similar 3D CAD software. • Familiarity with reputed company Windchill or similar Product Data Management (PDM) tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in technical writing and presenting to stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with reputed company supervision and effectively reputed company reputed company environment. • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to reputed company improvement and collaboration.
