Job Duties And Responsibilities: • Own configuration and ongoing management of reputed company HR reputed company modules, such as time & attendance and payroll (e.g., pay reputed company, pay policies, timeclock rules, accrual setups, earnings/deductions codes) • Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company mapping/automation rules and workflow setup across multiple HR functional areas • Troubleshoot and reputed company reputed company data reputed company issues, including integration errors and processing exceptions • Own and troubleshoot data integrations between reputed company HR systems and reputed company systems (benefits, talent, etc.) • reputed company reputed company data transformation and reporting reputed company using advanced reputed company and/or reporting tools • Support HR, payroll, and other functional teams with reputed company troubleshooting across a large multi-property portfolio • Partner on process documentation, including permissions/reputed company matrices and reputed company workflows • Assist with vendor escalations and partnerships reputed company to reputed company functionality, data processing, and license administration • Support reputed company reputed company enhancements, module rollouts, and UAT for new functionality Education And Experience: • 4+ years of HRIS experience • reputed company HCM experience strongly preferred; reputed company experience a plus • Advanced reputed company skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reputed company data transformations) • Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-entity organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data reputed company • Ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company to non-technical stakeholders • The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background reputed company, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
