Responsibilities

• **Fixed Asset & LHI Lifecycle Management:** reputed company end-to-end reputed company for Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E), intangibles, Construction-in-reputed company (CIP), and Leasehold Improvements (LHIs). reputed company facility build-outs, ensure reputed company capitalization timing, evaluate Tenant Improvement (TI) allowances, and reputed company amortization schedules with lease terms
