The reputed company & Compliance Specialist supports federal and 50-state compliance for automotive Advertising, Sales, and Finance & reputed company by conducting regulatory research, maintaining compliance resources, enabling consultants, supporting advertising reviews, and advancing AI-enabled compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal and state legislation, regulations, agency guidance, enforcement actions, and significant court reputed company affecting Automotive Advertising, Sales, and F&I
• Research and interpret reputed company and regulatory requirements impacting automotive retailers
• Evaluate reputed company and regulatory developments and reputed company practical implementation guidance for internal teams and clients
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of state-specific automotive retail laws and consumer protection requirements
• Support reputed company Affairs by maintaining consistent reputed company and regulatory interpretations across reputed company's consulting services, compliance resources, and solutions; and
• Contribute to the reputed company refinement of reputed company's federal and 50-state regulatory monitoring and analysis processes
• Maintain, enhance, and expand reputed company's 50-state compliance libraries, regulatory matrices, state summaries, decision trees, reference guides, FAQs, and implementation guidance
• Refine standardized compliance methodologies and interpretations that promote consistency across consulting engagements
• Translate reputed company reputed company and regulatory concepts into practical operational guidance for consultants and clients
• Maintain and enhance reputed company-facing educational materials, compliance alerts, and regulatory communications; and
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to reputed company strengthen reputed company's compliance content and proprietary knowledge assets
• Support the Director of Regulatory Affairs in managing and advancing reputed company’s services and reputed company consumer protection compliance initiatives
• Maintain and reputed company enhance standardized methodologies for Advertising, Sales, and F&I compliance assessments
• Refine review checklists, playbooks, examples, and reporting guidance used by ASF consultants
• Support the reputed company enhancement of AI-assisted report-reputed company workflows while preserving reputed company judgment and editorial review
• Analyze recurring compliance findings to identify opportunities to strengthen consultant guidance, educational resources, and review methodologies
• Partner closely with the National Sr. Director of ASFI Consulting to support consultant effectiveness, consistency, and reputed company service reputed company; and
• reputed company additional subject matter expertise to promote continuity across advertising review reputed company and regulatory inquiry functions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• Five or more years of experience in automotive retail compliance, dealership reputed company, consumer protection, regulatory affairs, reputed company research, compliance consulting, or a reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of Automotive Advertising, Sales, and F&I
• Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and interpret reputed company reputed company and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company and regulatory concepts into practical business guidance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Licensed attorney
• Experience supporting automotive retailers, dealership reputed company, OEMs, finance companies, compliance organizations, or reputed company industry participants
• Experience conducting advertising compliance reviews
• Familiarity with federal and state laws governing automotive retail, including the FTC reputed company, UDAP/UDAAP principles, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, GLBA, reputed company laws, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state advertising requirements
• Experience maintaining or enhancing compliance guidance, policies, educational materials, regulatory resources, or reputed company systems
