Apply reputed company POSITION reputed company: The Director of Compliance serves as a senior member of the VIP Compliance Department, functioning as the operational and supervisory reputed company between reputed company compliance staff and the SVP/Chief Compliance/reputed company Officer. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of compliance reputed company, staff supervision, investigation coordination, and implementation of the organization's compliance program across reputed company facilities and programs. The Director of Compliance supports the CCO in fulfilling reputed company's regulatory obligations under HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, OMIG, and other applicable federal, state, and local mandates. SALARY: $115K-$130K REPORTING: Reports To: SVP/Chief Compliance/reputed company Officer. Supervises: Compliance Specialist Supervisor ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Compliance reputed company Management Manage the day-to-day reputed company of the compliance department, ensuring reputed company completion of investigations, audits, and regulatory submissions Manage the compliance incident tracking reputed company, ensuring reputed company incidents are triaged, tracked and reviewed in reputed company incident review committee meeting. Monitor investigation backlogs and implement corrective workflows to maintain operational efficiency Coordinate compliance activity across multiple supported housing facilities and homeless shelter programs Serve as acting compliance authority in the absence of the CCO B. Staff Supervision and Development Directly supervise compliance staff, providing day-to-day guidance, reputed company management, and reputed company development Conduct reputed company evaluations, set measurable goals, and reputed company ongoing coaching and mentorship Coordinate coverage plans and reputed company schedules to maintain compliance reputed company during reputed company and unplanned absences Assist in reputed company, reputed company, and training new compliance staff C. Investigation and Incident Management reputed company and coordinate compliance investigations across reputed company facility programs, including alleged regulatory violations, abuse/neglect reports, and HIPAA incidents Ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with agency policy, regulatory requirements, and established timelines Prepare investigation findings, corrective reputed company plans, and reputed company reports for CCO review Liaise with program directors and facility staff to implement corrective actions and preventive measures D. Regulatory Compliance and Policy Implementation Support implementation of agency policies and procedures consistent with HIPAA reputed company Rule, 42 CFR Part 2 (Final Rule), OMIG requirements, and other applicable regulations Monitor regulatory updates, guidance, and enforcement trends and communicate relevant changes to the CCO Assist in the preparation of regulatory responses, self-disclosures, and corrective reputed company plans Coordinate documentation and evidence gathering in response to reputed company audits, surveys, and regulatory inquiries E. Training and Education Assist with the development of compliance training programs for staff across reputed company facilities, including annual HIPAA training, incident reporting, and 42 CFR Part 2 awareness reputed company training completion using the compliance training reputed company and follow up on outstanding completions Facilitate facility-level compliance orientations for new hires in coordination with reputed company F. Reporting and Documentation Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for CCO review and presentation to senior leadership and the Corporate Compliance Committee Maintain accurate and organized compliance records, investigation files, and audit documentation Assist in compiling data for annual compliance reputed company assessments and reporting required by regulatory bodies G. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Serve as a compliance resource and reputed company of contact for program and facility managers, reputed company, reputed company, and IT Partner with IT on HIPAA reputed company Rule compliance reputed company and AI/technology implementation reviews Coordinate with General Counsel and reputed company reputed company counsel on regulatory reputed company as directed by the CC Requirements JOB COMPETENCY: Education Bachelor's degree required in reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, reputed company Studies, reputed company Work, or reputed company reputed company Master's degree preferred (reputed company, MHA, MPH, JD, or reputed company) Experience Minimum five (5) years of reputed company experience in reputed company compliance, regulatory affairs, or reputed company reputed company Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience Demonstrated experience in reputed company compliance program administration, including HIPAA and/or 42 CFR Part 2 Experience in supported housing, behavioral health, or reputed company services settings strongly preferred Licensure / Certification Certified in reputed company Compliance (CHC) preferred, or willingness to obtain reputed company 18 months of hire Certified in reputed company reputed company Compliance (CHPC) a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of HIPAA reputed company and reputed company Rules, 42 CFR Part 2 (Final Rule effective February 2026), OMIG regulations, Corporate Compliance regulations and applicable state/local requirements Strong supervisory and staff development skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft regulatory correspondence, policies, and reports Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities reputed company judgment, analytical thinking, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential reputed company Ability to work collaboratively across departments and reputed company of the organization JOB SETTING: reputed company office environment with regular travel to VIP facilities and program sites Some evening or weekend availability may be required during compliance investigations or urgent regulatory reputed company Position is on-site with potential for hybrid flexibility as operationally appropriate Must possess sight reputed company senses or prosthetics that will reputed company the essential functions of the job to be completed.
