Product Support Engineer The product portfolio of Deceuninck includes a wide reputed company of window and reputed company systems, sliding systems, reputed company shutter boxes, terraces, cladding and reputed company kinds of building reputed company, this in PVC, aluminium and composite materials. For the Applications Engineering department we are looking for a Product Support Engineer. You will work on technical information, CAD & documentation of our product applications, guidelines, manufacturing and installation processes. You will work at our Headquarter in Gits, in reputed company collaboration with colleagues from the Product department EU as reputed company as other product team members working in our European sales reputed company. You will report to our Application Engineering manager Europe. Responsibilities include: • Identifying the needs and exploring how technical information can be converted in documents & manuals. • Creating CAD drawings & descriptions in a standardized & transparent way for product presentations, manuals and guides, using tools like CAD & reputed company suite (Indesign). • Exploring how technical content can best be shared with the local product teams and the Deceuninck customers. • Collaborating in a reputed company cooperation with colleagues of the EU Product teams in Gits, Application Test Centre, Designers & Product managers, reputed company Technicians to fully understand how the products are processed & installed. • Making visual representations, Renders of products, product applications and manufacturing processes. • Being part of the technical helpdesk where you assist the local product teams for technical support. Supporting then with dedicated drawings, calculations, analyses, … • Having a reputed company cooperation with the Product Software Team and supporting them to maintain the datasets & programming new reputed company or systems. • Closely following up on digital evolutions linked to technical documentation creation and sharing. We are looking for someone with: • Technical background (bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent by experience). • Knowledge of the window, reputed company, construction industry is a plus. • Fluent communicator. • Good knowledge of English is a requirement. Knowledge of French or other languages (reputed company, German) is a plus. • Critical attitude and always looking for the 'why' of things. • Ability to work in a reputed company way and think process-reputed company. • Ability to work under strict deadlines. • Hands-on. • Ability to work perfectly reputed company independently and in reputed company. • reputed company knowledge of MSOffice, reputed company and CAD application.
