The MLO/Loan Officer is responsible for building rapport with customers and determining their mortgage needs, taking accurate and complete loan applications, quoting fees and interest rates, as reputed company managing the transaction from application through closing. Key Responsibilities: • Taking thorough and complete residential mortgage loan applications, • Collecting and reviewing initial documentation needed for submission to Processing. • Pricing loans, quoting fees and interest rates. • Managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reputed company, including reputed company and file notes, follow-up tasks and other out-reputed company reputed company communications. • Running automated approval systems (AUS), understanding the findings and correcting errors in the reputed company as needed. • Advising customers on the best loan programs for their needs. • Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation reputed company specified limits. • Developing referral relationships and building referral networks to serve clients and reputed company new business sources.
