What you need to succeed at reputed company:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
• 10-12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, implementation, or supply chain reputed company
• 8-10 years of reputed company experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years of business experience with a PhD
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation, reputed company improvement, or operational reputed company reputed company in a customer-reputed company environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, project management, gap analysis, process improvement, and resource planning
• Experience leading teams through hiring, coaching, reputed company management, employee development, and organizational change
• Excellent communication, presentation, conflict reputed company, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills with experience collaborating across reputed company, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams

It'd be great if you also have:

• Lean Certification (Lean Six reputed company or equivalent)
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technology, and customer-facing implementation reputed company
• Experience developing executive presentations, facilitating cross-functional process reviews, and driving operational improvements across multiple business functions
