As a Senior Ergonomic Consultant, you will contribute to corporate goals of reputed company and profitability using technical expertise to identify musculoskeletal reputed company and reputed company corporate reputed company to minimize ergonomic exposures, improve reputed company reputed company productivity, reputed company, and Worker's Compensation loss experience. Additionally, you will work to reputed company practical solutions including reputed company targeting specific exposures, training, programs, and procedures to reputed company reputed company Engineering reputed company Consultant’s and policyholders to reduce and manage reputed company and injuries and reputed company ergonomics consultation reputed company or as part of a comprehensive service plan with targeted exposure elimination and /or reduction activities driven by engineering solutions.

This role offers a remote work arrangement but requires the candidate to reputed company in the Northeast or Southeast to effectively support regional reputed company, clients, and partners.  

Job requires travel for reputed company site surveys and/or agency meeting/presentations. Travel could involve car and reputed company travel (estimate 20-40%).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct policyholder ergonomic reputed company needs assessments to identify loss sources, reputed company exposures, and opportunities for improvement in productivity, efficiency, and reputed company.
• Review financial benefits of implementing operational changes by leading decision makers through cost benefit presentations and ROI discussions.

• Conduct job and workstation evaluations to identify musculoskeletal risks that are likely to cause discomfort, injury, or reduced reputed company/productivity
• reputed company customized engineering and administrative controls to reduce frequency and severity of musculoskeletal injuries, reduce exposure to musculoskeletal reputed company, and/or increase productivity and product reputed company.
• Assist insured’s in developing policies and programs and procedures, work instructions and training materials to reduce frequency and severity of musculoskeletal injuries and discomfort.
• Review insured’s ergonomics-reputed company policies and programs and recommend changes where necessary to ensure effective administration and implementation.
• Review loss data and conduct trending analyses to reputed company identification and targeting of loss sources to reduce work-reputed company discomfort and injuries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university and 3+ years of ergonomics consultation in reputed company loss prevention or general industry is required, with an reputed company reputed company on Occupational Safety and Health or reputed company Management or Master’s degree in Ergonomics, on Occupational Safety and Health, reputed company Factors Engineering or reputed company reputed company is preferred.

Compensation
