Job Role: Senior Technical reputed company

Work Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM–5:30 PM AEST (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Work Setup: Initially fully remote, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup in Metro Manila (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) in the reputed company if an office is established.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role combining technical account management, infrastructure design, cybersecurity, project delivery, service escalation and internal technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Account Management

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience, ideally across infrastructure, systems engineering, technical consulting or MSP environments.
• Candidates should be flexible to a reputed company hybrid setup in Metro Manila.
• Previous experience working reputed company an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong technical background across infrastructure, reputed company/reputed company environments, networking and cybersecurity.
• reputed company experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.
• Experience leading technical reputed company from planning through implementation.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring and escalation experience.
